1. Order Processing & Production

All orders are processed after payment has been received.

  • Standard items: 1–3 business days
  • Custom / made-to-order items: 5–7 business days production time

Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs processing
  • Weather or external disruptions

3. Worldwide Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.

We currently do not ship to:

  • North Korea
  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Sudan
  • Syria
  • Russia

4. Shipping Costs

7. Delivery Issues & Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived:

Claims for lost or missing items must be made:

  • Within 25 days of dispatch

After this period, we may be unable to assist due to courier claim limitations.
